To apply for the store, please fill out the application form below. Please note, you may not always receive an immediate response and if we already have the items in store, we will add you to our waitlist. Thank you for wanting to join our local community. 

Please note contracts are for one year and if you aren't ready to join the store within 21 days, please wait to apply. 

Please note that the cost of spaces ranges from $90-$700 depending on space size in the store. 

Plus 15% of sales. Please note that small foods or those with food products should just email us at 

Tiffany@sipandshoparizona.com. If you are unable to upload a variety of photos or prices, please email them to the email above after you fill at your application as well.
