We are currently accepting spring event applications. Please make sure your business fits in to our categories. fi you have a complimentary business that you think would be a fit, please send us an email. Space is limited at this time. Make a note if you have a desired area and we will try to accommodate. Please note 10x10 spaces don't have electricity.  

 

Requirements: 

Vintage Items 

Handmade Goods must be made by you or a member of a team. We don't accept mass produced items

Vendor selection is based on product and booth presentation. 

We don't allow any tents or tent frames unless they are completely covered and aesthetically pleasing(photo approval required.  .

INDOOR EVENT

This event will be held at San Tan Village Mall in an indoor area near Harkins Movie Theater.

Address: 2218 E. Williams Field Rd. Gilbert.

 

This is a three day event at the mall. Since this is a pop-up event at the mall

It is Free Admission 

Vendors will have two options 

TWO OPTIONS:

Central Checkout – fee plus percentage. This will mean you don’t have to be at your booth the whole time and is less of an upfront fee for those that need this at this time. All central checkout vendors will be put in the same area. Each vendor that isn’t central checkout, will receive tags/stickers to put on their bags and products so that we know they have been paid.

Handle your own booth – flat fee and you manage your booth space.

We will be selling wine packages and selling wine, spirits and beer at the event.

In addition, we plan to have music, a  small lounge(following CDC guidelines) food and kids crafts.
